Shipping & Returns

We make every ScooterSkin wrap with care, and we want you to love what arrives at your door. Here's everything you need to know if something isn't quite right.

Returns 

If for any reason you'd like to return your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, so long as the product is completely unused and the vinyl has not been removed from its backing. We're also happy to accept returns on any item that arrives defective or damaged.

To start a return, get in touch using our Contact Us form. Please include your order number in the subject line of your message along with your reason for returning. Once we've confirmed your return, send the item back to us using a tracked shipping method — return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. After we receive your item, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exchanges

We're happy to help with an exchange within 30 days of delivery. The same conditions apply — the product must be unused with the vinyl still on its backing, or the item must be defective. Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for exchange.

To get the ball rolling, reach out through our Contact Us form with your order number in the subject line and let us know what you'd like to swap for. As a small business, we aren't able to cover return shipping costs, so we ask that you send your item back using a tracked service. Please include a note in your parcel with your order number and the wrap you'd like to swap for, so we can process your exchange as quickly as possible.

The Small Print

We aren't able to accept returns or exchanges on any wrap where the vinyl has been removed from its backing, or on any customized order — personalized products are made just for you and can't be restocked. Requests made more than 30 days after delivery unfortunately fall outside our returns window. That said, if you're ever unsure whether your order qualifies, just get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
